 About Our Teachers:  Kristin Smith: Kristin Smith is a former student who has been with Team Success since 2002 and has been teaching with us for over two years. She is one of the pioneers of the TESTS program and a featured writer for our magazine. She is warm, considerate, and caring and her students all love and appreciate her concern. She is currently in college working on obtaining her teaching credentials.
 Tenesha Thornton: Tenesha Thornton is a former foster youth who has striven for success in her life. She was part of the group who traveled to Washington, DC and facilitated an outstanding workshop on Youth-Adult Partnerships. She has a strong desire to assist other foster youth and lead them to a better place in their future. She has been with the Team Success program since 2004. Tenesha brings a no-nonsense approach to match her friendly personality.
 Tameka Hall: Tameka Hall is another former student and foster youth made good. With Team Success since 2004, Tameka is currently enrolled in Lincoln University in Missouri. She will be receiving her B.A. in 2009. On her breaks from college, she teaches life skills to both middle and high school age youth. She too is a pioneer of the TESTS program. |
